Chinipy Website Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This notice applies to chinipy.com, the introduction website of Chinipy (the "Company"). The site has no sign-up, sign-in or payment features, and the Company does not ask visitors to enter information that identifies them, such as names or contact details.

Personal information processed in each app and web service follows that service's privacy policy listed in section 4.

2. Visit Statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

The Company counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics from Cloudflare, Inc.
It uses no cookies or browser storage and does not identify visitors or track them across sites.
It collects the page address, referrer, browser, operating system and device type, country (derived from the IP address, which is not stored) and page load performance.
Visitors can block visit statistics with the browser's content blocking feature or an extension; this does not affect use of the site.

3. Site Operation and Security

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages from Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and block attacks, the visitor's IP address and browser information are processed on Cloudflare's network.
When a browser reports a security policy (Content Security Policy) violation, technical details such as the page address, the blocked address and the violated directive are kept in server logs to fix errors. These logs contain no information that identifies visitors.
If you contact the Company by email or phone, your email address or phone number and your message are used only to reply. Records of consumer complaints or dispute handling are kept for 3 years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and then destroyed.
